Cash for Games is the controller of personal data collected on this website.

We collect the name, contact details, address and payment details you type when you send a sell order, plus the games on that order. We use this to identify your parcel, pay you, and keep records of the transaction.

Orders are stored on our server. We do not sell your details. We keep them for as long as we need them for accounting, fraud prevention and customer queries.

You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected].

If you leave a review we may send a Trustpilot invitation to the email on your order. Trustpilot then processes that review on their own terms.
