Terms of sale to us

These terms cover selling games and consoles to Cash for Games (“we”) through this website.

Prices shown are invitations to treat, not a binding contract. A contract is made when we accept the goods after inspection. Offers stay valid for 7 days from the order date.

You confirm you own the items, they are genuine, and you are 18 or over. We may refuse items that are counterfeit, incomplete against the selected condition, or not in working order. Adapters, controllers, headsets and similar extras must be official; third-party versions are not accepted.

If inspection changes the price, we will contact you. If you do not accept the revised offer we will make the goods available for collection or return them at cost.

Payment is made to the bank, PayPal or cash details you provide. You are responsible for entering those details correctly.
